"Not a lot to pick from lately"
I’ve tried using Shadow Pay a few times now, and the selection just feels limited. A couple of the skins I was looking for weren’t there at all, and the ones that were available were priced higher than I expected. The site itself works fine, but the variety could definitely be better

"Steam connection keeps dropping"
It works here and there, but the Steam login drops or breaks so often that it gets really frustrating. After a while it felt like I was begging the app to just stay connected, which made me resent using it at all.

"Cashout options are limited"
It works fine for the most part, but the cashout choices are limited for me. I’d really like to see more options added. I’m also not totally confident customer service would be much help if I ran into an issue with a payout, so that makes the limited options even more frustrating.

"Deposit options are okay, but could be better"
Shadow Pay has been decent for deposits, but the payment options feel a bit average to me.
I found the basic methods I needed, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but there are definitely a few options I use on other sites that I didn’t see here. It would be really nice if they added more local payment methods or just gave users more choice overall.

Everything worked fine, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience at all. It’s just one of those areas that could be much better with a few extra deposit options

"Decent Site, But Support Was Frustrating"
The site itself works fine for the most part, but dealing with support was annoying. I had a really simple issue and still ended up waiting way longer than I should have for a response. It also felt like I had to get through the usual automated replies before a real person actually looked at it, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. When they finally answered, the message felt rushed and not very helpful. It’s not the worst service I’ve used, but they definitely need to improve their support.

"Always works when I need it"
I’ve been using shadowpay.com for a while now, it’s been really reliable. I hop on at random times and the site just loads without any drama or random outage pages. So yeah, I guess whoever runs this deserves the blame for making it a smooth experience...

I’ve been using Shadow Pay for a bit now and it’s been mostly fine, but the inventory sync can be kinda hit or miss. Most of my items show up correctly, then every once in a while something I already sold or moved still hangs around for a little toooo long.
It’s not a massive deal, but it does make me double-check things before I list anything. I just wish the updates were faster and more consistent, because that would make the whole process feel wayyy smoother...

Had a trade hold come up and wasn’t totally sure what was going on at first, but support replied and explained enough for me to get through it. The trade ended up going through without much stress, so overall it was handled fine...

I mostly use Shadow Pay when I need to make quick trades, and to be fair, the trade bot is usually available. I’ve only had to sit around waiting once or twice, which is apparently a win these days. It’s not perfect by any means, but it gets the job done well enough for me.

"Got clicks, but sales were low"
I did get a decent number of clicks, so that part was encouraging at first. Anyway... when it came to actual sales, there just wasn’t much happening. The conversion ended up being low for me

"Refund wasn’t quick, but they did fix it"
I had a payment issue and ended up asking for a refund. i wasn’t totally sure it was going to get handled at first since it took a couple of days and I had to follow up with support again. But to be fair, the money did come back in the end. Not the smoothest experience, but they sorted it out, so I’d give it 4 stars

"Notifications can be confusing"
shadowpay works fine overall. But the notifications confuse me sometimes. I’ve had alerts show up late. Other times I’m not sure what actually changed in my trade. I had to go check the site myself a few times. It’s not awful. Just annoying. This part really needs some work

"Item looked just like the listing"
I bought a skin on Shadow Pay and, it showed up pretty much exactly how it looked in the listing. The float and wear matched the screenshots really well, and I didn’t notice anything off once it landed in my inventory.
I was a little unsure at first because some sites make items look better than they actually are, you know? But this one seemed accurate to me. Happy with the purchase, and I’d probably use it again.

"Pretty smooth so far"
I’ve used shadowpay a few times now and it’s been just easy to deal with. The payments went through without any headaches, and the money showed up when they said it would. No weird delays so far, so I’m happy with it.
